Health2GPX helps you export workouts from Apple Health as GPX files quickly, simply, and privately.

This app works locally on your device. No account is required.

How it works

  • Open Health2GPX
  • Allow access to Apple Health workouts
  • Select a workout
  • Export it as a GPX file

Troubleshooting

  • If no workouts appear, check Health permissions in iPhone Settings.
  • If export fails, try selecting a different workout and restart the app.
  • Make sure the selected workout contains route/location data.

Privacy

Health2GPX does not require an account and does not upload your workout data to external servers.

Your data stays on your device unless you choose to export and share it yourself.
