Trailcast — Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Trailcast ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

The App is licensed, not sold, to you under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Subscriptions

Trailcast Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription with the following options:

Monthly: €2.99/month
Yearly: €19.99/year

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the App.

Subscription Terms

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Free Features

The App provides free access to basic workout viewing, limited exports (5/month), and core features. A Trailcast Pro subscription unlocks unlimited exports, advanced analytics, and additional features.

HealthKit Data

The App accesses Apple HealthKit data with your permission. You can revoke this access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Trailcast. The App cannot modify your HealthKit data.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Workout data, weather forecasts, and statistics are for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
